At ANNKE Polska, we stand behind the quality of our security solutions and offer a 30-day return window for all electronic equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original condition for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Device

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our Warsaw distribution center using a tracked shipping service for security.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
