We offer fast courier delivery via DPD, DHL, and InPost Parcel Lockers for orders within Poland. Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 business days, while international EU shipping takes 3-7 business days.
Do ANNKE security systems come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electronic products come with a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty. We also provide dedicated technical support to help you with installation and configuration.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment methods, including BLIK, Przelewy24, major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and PayPal. Bank transfers are also available upon request.
Can I return a product if it doesn't meet my expectations?
Absolutely. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items. The products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Are the security cameras weather-resistant for Polish winters?
Most of our outdoor cameras are IP66 or IP67 rated, meaning they are fully waterproof and designed to operate effectively in temperatures ranging from -30°C to 60°C.
